Bok Choy Chicken Soup
Ingredients:
10 thinly sliced of bok choy leaves
3 1/2 cups of chicken broth
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons of sesame oil
few red pepper flakes (could be 5 or 6 flakes)
1 garlic clove well chopped (for garlic lovers 2 could be added as well)
Directions:
Boil the chicken broth for about 10 minutes, and add all of the rest of ingriedients: the red pepper flakes, soy sauce, sesame oil and the chopped garlic. Next add the leaves of bok choy and simme until they turn dark green.
